Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to investigate the reality of the practice of organizational creativity in Algerian public organizations, as well as to identify the total obstacles that prevent its proper application, in preparation for presenting scenarios that can guide decision makers to enable this type of administrative strategies within them to serve their objectives and achieve their competitive advantage.

In order to achieve this scientific objective, the study used the descriptive analytical method by analyzing previous theoretical literature on organizational creativity, as well as examining the results of a number of field studies conducted by a number of Algerian researchers, in particular in this field.
