Mathematics is defined us a science which studies quantiy and number, things that are measurable and able to increase or decrease, it searches in these subjects not as sensational facts, but as symbols whose scope is the pure rational imaginationSince old times, mathematics has been connected to Mam's daily life on one hand and to sciences on the other hand.

However, that relation to sciences has taken diffirent forms.

Positivists and realists consider it as a symbolic language which expresses real life more prcisely than any ordinary language can.

It is a set formal symbols helping scinece to express its results more precisely.

Yet, other philosophers; contemporary rationalists, in particular, such as robert blanché and gaston bachlard, in particular; regard mathematics as a tool that reveals real life and that the contemporary sciences are mainly based on mathematical deduction
