This research presents one of the important topics that reality raises in its relationship with the purposes of Islamic law, which is the service of social interest, by dedicating it to the thinker and fighter Allal Al-Fassi, may God have mercy on him, through his book (Defense of Sharia) in particular, and from the rest of his intellectual, intentional and social books In general, the intentional spirit with which Professor Al-Fassi was saturated has contributed to defending the social interest, through his employment of religious discourse and the downloading and activation of legal texts in reforming the social system while observing the interest, indicating the extent of the validity of Islamic law for every time and place, in response to those who claim that The legal texts are not orbed by the developments of the times.
