Through our study, we aim to highlight the role of social media and its impact on communication within the family, as the descriptive approach was followed in the research Through our study, we aim to highlight the motives for women leaving for work, where the descriptive approach was followed in the research process.

The study contained 45 women residing in the city of Laghouat who filled out the questionnaire adequately and the data were processed by unloading them in the spss program and was relied on sufficient squared as a statistical method of data analysis and knowing the statistical function, as a result, we found that women leaving for work has several reasons, among many the economic need as well as to prove their status in society.

And there is a consensus when comparing our study with previous studies.
