Migration is a social phenomenon old man himself, as the latter migrated from one country to another without any document, it is a phenomenon contributed to the reconstruction of the land and played an important role in the convergence of groups of human diversity of cultures and civilizations, but in our time changed this concept and became a migration laws Controlled by States.

There are two types of legal and illegitimate migration, the latter being the ones we are studying and which have become of a security and global nature that are difficult to quantify; they have been linked to the concept of security in all its dimensions, including human security.

In this research we try to highlight what human security adds as a mechanism to confront the phenomenon of illegal immigration and its effectiveness in dealing with the dimensions of this phenomenon, which has escalated in North African countries in general and Algeria in particular.
