Abstract EN

The current study aims to determine the quality of the professional career of a sample of second-phase teachers.

This study also seeks to identify the differences among teachers in the level of professional career quality according to the demographic variables (social status, professional seniority) of the study.

This researcher implemented the descriptive approach and used a scale to measure the quality of the professional career, The results of the study were as follows: 1- Second-phase teachers in the city of Laghouat enjoy a high-quality professional career.

2- There are no differences in the quality of the professional career with second-phase teachers due to the variable of the social status.

3- There are no differences in the quality of the professional career with second-phase teachers due to the variable of professional seniority.
