Occupational safety and health rules have a global dimension as a result of the development in the use of machines and modern technologies, and they bear great importance for workers and society as a result of their link to economic and social development, which made the relevant international bodies issue charters establishing a legal system that regulates the proper mechanisms for workers' use of material elements and previous rules and subsequent to that.

Algerian legislation did not remain far from this development, so it rushed to ratify these charters, and organized those within constitutional and legislative texts that gave workers the right to health, security, hygiene and protection.

As for the regulatory texts, they set mathematical and physical and follow specific procedures.
