This study aims to highlight women's work, its economic and social value, and the fact that their departure from work has led to a duplication of responsibility, as they find themselves forced to carry out two great jobs that weigh heavily on them, a great responsibility towards their families, and the other towards work or employment assigned to them outside the home.

One of the findings results of this study is that women's work has two aspects, positive aspect as their work contributes to additional income for the family, thus improving their standard of living, and a negative aspect for working women, whose dual responsibility increases, resulting in physical and psychological stress and fatigue, as reflected in their children and husbands.
