The startup is a newly established institution based on innovation that has many possibilities for rapid growth and prosperity.

when this is achieved, it was the source of innovative smart solutions that benefit the national economy therefore, there is a general tendency to adopt the startup, regardless of its scope of comprehensive development, because it has an effective role in alleviating the economic crisis and is considered two major bets to diversity the national economy, but for the success of the startup there must be conditions and support mechanisms in order to achieve the desired goal of which is to develop the national economy far on the hydrocarbon sector.

accordingly, through this research paper, we will define the concept of the startup and identify the mechanisms that contribute to supporting the successful institution for investment and diversification of the economy.
