People have become unprecedentedly under survillance, never before seen by networks of surveillance cameras, whether in the streets, shops, workpaces, and even within homes, which has opened a debate on conpromising the privacy of people and increasingly diminhing individual freedom in the midst of a high demand for the acquisition and use of this technique.

in return, the use of this technique may seem justified by the fact that it helps combat crime by tracking down criminals and proving them against them, which has made secure, so through this study we seek to delve into the role of surveillance cameras in establishing crime, and into forms that impinge on the right to privacy.
