Abstract EN

The legal arsenal of health in Algeria has known many failures, the source of which is the inability to keep pace with social determinants and changes in Algerian society, by not addressing the various alarming trends, the law on since health has not been amended or supplemented since the 1980s (1983 law) and the failure to follow international developments and commitments in the field of health such as The Alma Ata Declaration of 1978, the Jakarta Declaration of 1997, the Declaration of Adela Hand2010 and the World Conference on Health of Rio de Janeiro 2012, thus the urgency and the need appeared more to show the relation of the legal system of health in Algeria with the social determinants and developments in order to advance and improve the health system in Algeria.

L'arsenal juridique de la santé en Algérie a connu de nombreux échecs dont la source est l'incapacité à suivre le rythme des déterminants sociaux et des évolutions de la société algérienne, en ne s'attaquant pas aux différentes tendances alarmantes.

La loi sur la santé n'ayant pas été amendée ou complétée depuis les années 80 (loi de 1983) et le non-suivi des évolutions et engagements internationaux dans le domaine de la santé tels que la déclaration d'Alma Ata de 1978, la Déclaration de Jakarta de 1997, la déclaration d'Adela Hand 2010 et la Conférence mondiale sur la santé de Rio 2012, ainsi l'urgence et le besoin sont apparus davantage pour montrer la relation du système juridique de la santé en Algérie avec les déterminants sociaux et les développements afin de faire progresser et d'améliorer le système de santé.
