يحظى موضوع الاستثمار المسؤول بأهمية بالغة نتيجة تنامي المشاكل البيئية و الاجتماعية التي تبدوا كمخاطر جديدة يتحمل و يتكبد نتائجها المستثمر فتؤثر على أرباحه وجودة استثماراته.
فعقب سلسلة من الحوادث التي مست البيئة و المجتمع إزداد وعي و اهتمام المستثمرين بالاعتبارات البيئية و الاجتماعية و الحوكمة، و بدأوا يضمنونها في آليات اتخاذ قراراتهم الاستثمارية.
بتبني مبادئ الاستثمار المسؤول ارتفع عدد الصناديق الاستثمارية المتاحة أمام المستثمرين التي تعتمد الحوكمة البيئية و الاجتماعية و المؤسسية، و تنوعت استراتيجياتها، فبات من الضروري فهم الاختلافات الموجودة بينها، و بيان العراقيل التي تحول دون تنفيذ الاستثمار المسؤول.
Abstract EN
The issue of responsible investment is of paramount importance because of the emergence of ecological and social problems that are often referred to as new dangers that the investor assumes.
In doing so, they influence his profits and reduce the quality of his investment.
These problems, which have affected the environment and society, have awakened the investors' awareness and their environmental, social, and good governance concerns that can be found in all their decision-making mechanisms.
Thus, the adoption of the principles of responsible investment has significantly increased the investment funds that adopt environmental, social, and societal governance and diversify their strategies and make them available to investors.
So, it is important to understand the differences between these strategies and demonstrate the obstacles that prevent responsible investment from being achieved.

Le sujet de l’investissement responsable est d’une importance capitale et ce, du fait de l’émergence des problèmes écologiques et sociaux qu’on qualifié souvent de nouveaux dangers que l’investisseur assume.
Ce faisant, ils influent sur ses bénéfices et réduisent la qualité de son investissement.
Ces problèmes qui ont touché l’environnement et la société ont réveillé la conscience des investisseurs et leur préoccupation environnementale, sociale et la bonne gouvernance qu’on trouve dans tous leurs mécanismes décisionnels.
Ainsi, l’adoption des principes de l’investissement responsable a augmenté de façon considérable les caisses des l’investissements qui adoptent la gouvernance environnementale, sociale et sociétale et diversifié leurs stratégies, et les mettent à la disposition des investisseurs.
Cela dit, il est important de comprendre les différences existantes entre ces stratégies et démontrer les obstacles qui empêchent la réalisation de l’investissement responsab
