Abstract EN

The present study aims to present a perception of the Importance energy trend and its link with the objectives related to sustainable development.

This article analyzes international efforts within the framework of the United Nations, as well as international agreements related to the transformation of the exploitation of clean renewable energies that work for the preservation and protection of natural resources on the one hand, as well as the protection of the environment as a general and global objective.In addition to this, this analysis will highlight the strategy adopted in Algeria in legal matters, the extent and compatibility of the State policy with the international trend in the field of the use of clean energies to reduce environmental pollution and preserve traditional energy sources.

La présente étude vise à présenter une perception de l’importance des énergies renouvelables et de son lien avec les objectifs liés au développement durable.

Cet article analysera les efforts internationaux dans le cadre des Nations Unies, ainsi que les accords internationaux liés à la transformation de l'exploitation des énergies renouvelables propres qui oeuvrent à la préservation et à la protection des ressources naturelles d'une part, ainsi qu'à la protection de l'environnement comme objectif général et global.

En plus de cela, cette analyse va mettre en évidence la stratégie adoptée en Algérie en matière juridique, l’étendue et la compatibilité de la politique de l’Etat avec la tendance internationale dans le domaine du recours aux énergies propres pour réduire la pollution de l'environnement et préserver les sources d'énergie traditionnelles.
