according to law 05-03 related to seeds and seedlings and the protection of plant tenure, which stipulates a set of provisions and penalties against every attack through the so-called bio piracy, and the study of the legal aspects of protection aims to highlight the importance of new plant varieties in achieving food security and sustainable development, as well as clarifying the institutional role of the national committee for seeds and seedlings, which has many powers in order to establish protection within the framework of the measures and procedures it undertakes within the framework of what is dictated by law.
