تهدف الدراسة إلى محاولة تحليل كيفية تمويل المشاريع البيئية ودراسة جدواها، من خلال اعتماد نظام تمويل وتخصيص مؤسسات لتمويل المشاريع البيئية.
توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تمويل مشروع الجزائر البيضاء يعتمد على مصادر وطنية أهمها وكالة التنمية الاجتماعية، الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب، والوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر، إضافة المؤسسات المالية البيئية الدولية.
Abstract EN
The study aims to try to analyze how to finance environmental projects and study their feasibility, by adopting a financing system and allocating institutions to finance environmental projects.
the study concluded that the funding of the white Algeria project depends on national sources, the most important of which are the agency for social development, the national agency for supporting youth employment, the national agency for microcredit management, and the addition of international environmental financial institutions.
