This study deals with penal liability for illicit trafficking in drugs with mentally influential characteristics.

such acts committed by pharmaceutical enterprises or pharmacies in the course of pharmaceutical work associated with this dangerous type of drug, this offence is committed in violation of the terms and conditions for the administrative, technical and security control of items of mentally affected characteristics.

these irregularities are reflected in the failure of pharmaceutical enterprises to respect the rules governing the production, import and export of mentally harmful substances and medicines.

also in violation by the pharmacist of the rules and procedures for the acquisition and possession of mentally harmful drugs, it is also a breach of the conditions for the delivery of mentally harmful drugs.

and all of this, of course, has a negative effect on public health.
