The legislator has devoted legal protection to the inventor in Algeria by granting him a special privilege to exploit and use his industrial invention, provided that it is filed and registered, take compulsory measures necessary to obtain a patent and to prove the right to protection and may not exercise any of these rights without his consent or without his authorization, all that is contrary to this is an attack on the right, which is defined as a misdemeanor, which entails criminal responsibility in the face of its perpetrator.
