these developments have affected the principle of sovereignty in its traditional sense, as the state has become restricted in the management and conduct of its internal affairs, and accordingly the concept of interference in the internal affairs of states has developed based on the intellectual and political requirements of the major law-making states, which consider human rights and democracy as their sources, allowing the legitimacy of intervention under the names and pretexts of protecting human rights and protecting minorities, providing aid, combating terrorism and drugs, transgressing the sovereignty of the interfering state, as it is a key person in international law.
