Speaking about the preparation of psychological and educational tests in any environment them before embarking on preparing those tests as well as adapting them ; that is because the achievement of a good test passes by taking into account the environment in which it was found.

the latent trait theory models, or individual response theory models, have become widespread among researchers today, as a result of the great short comings that the classical test theory suffers from, and the rush model is considered by researchers as one of the most popular models of modern theory.

so we have decided in this theoretical article to list the most important cultural considerations for the application of the rush model, where we dealt with it, then we moved to the most important cultural considerations for the application of psychological tests and finally the cultural considerations for the application of the rush model.
