Previous work has already highlighted the presence of socio-anthropological inequalities in past pandemics such as Spanish flu, measles, tuberculosis, etc (Quinn et Kumar, 2014).
these inequalities are linked to three cumulative factors : disparities in risk exposure to the virus, disparities in vulnerability to the virus, and disparities in the management of the virus (Blumenshine et al., 2008).
in addition to the same mechanisms of disparity found in the COVID-19 crisis, other equally striking disparities were added : inequalities face to containment.
the objective of this article is to highlight the social dimension of the management of this health crisis and to try to contribute to the understanding of the socio-economic, anthropological and relious factors associated with these social inequalities.

Des travaux antérieurs ont déjà mis en évidence la présence d'inégalités socio-anthropologiques dans des pandémies du passé tel que la grippe espagnole, la rougeole, la tuberculose (Quinn et Kumar, 2014).
ces inégalités s'articulent au tour de trois facteurs cumulatifs : l'exposition au risque du virus, la vulnérabilité face au virus et la prise en charge du virus (Blumenshine et al.
, 2008).
en plus des mêmes mécanismes de disparité qui se retrouvent dans la crise du COVID-19, sont venues s'ajouter d'autres disparités, touts aussi frappant : les inégalités face au confinement.
l'objectif de cet article est de souligner la dimension sociale de la prise en charge de cette crise sanitaire et d'essayer de contribuer à la compréhension des facteurs socio-économique, anthropologiques et religieux associées à ces inégalités sociales.
