This research aims to critique the fundamentalist approach to the desirable through three aspects : the conceptual formulation aspect, the aspect of belonging to the assignment department, and the aspect of the functional dimension, which is a critique accompanied by the suggestion of innovative milestones capable of bridging the gaps in this approach.

the research resorted to the inductive and analytical approaches, and came to conclusions, the most important of which are : the ranks of the desirable are distinguished in the light of two main criteria : the first : the criterion of evidence for the request, from which the degree of emphasis on the action is taken, whether high, medium, or descending.
