Abstract EN

In this research paper, i will attempt to deal with a subject that is related to the connotations of utterences, a field of research that belongs to the science of Usul al-Fiqh (sources and methodology of Islamic jurisprudence) and considered essential for those who study Islamic jurisprudence as it is the basis of the science of Usul al Fiqh.

I tried (first) to demonstrate the technical terms of the study then I compared how classical scholars from different Usuli schools classified the fields of connotation of utterances with the classification that is undertaken by some contemporary scholars, bringing into view the controversy (of jurists) over the connotations of words and the effect of that controversy, namely the jurisprudential effect, on the disagreement that exists among (Usuli) scholars.

and since the subject is vast, it has been decided to take 'the particularization of the general' as an applicable model.
