Terminology is the mainstay of any text, so efforts have been made to take care of it and put in the appropriate mechanisms to make it clear to serve the researcher as a link between science and concepts of it, and if the term problem with the developed world is to invent the term that carries a specific concept, then the Arabs are facing a bigger problem that is how to express these innovative terms and how to transfer them from another culture to the Arabic language taking into consideration the specificity of the concept, as Arabic linguistic research faces this kind of difficulties especially in translating the linguistic term because of its inevitable impact, it becomes obligatory for linguists to put the necessary terms for new concepts this made them clash with the multiplicity of stripes in translating the linguistic term.
