The current study aims to reveal the relationship of the modern teaching strategy to educational communication, and to identify the differences in the modern teaching strategy and educational communication in terms of experience among middle school teachers with some averages of Jijel Province.

The sample of the study reached 70 professors and professors from intermediate education in the academic year 2019/2020.

The study revealed that: - There is a positive and statistically significant relationship between the levels of modern teaching strategy and the degrees of educational communication among the teachers of intermediate education.

- The presence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of less than five years The average score of more than five years for teachers of intermediate education in teaching strategies.

- The presence of statistically significant differences between the average score of less than five years and the average score of more than five years for teachers of intermediate education in educational communication.
