Abstract EN

This article presents a pioneering experience of an Algerian public economic enterprise, Prosider Annaba, in the creation and management of very small businesses ; and SMEs.

this exploratory study was based on the interview and the questionnaire as data collection tools.

the study showed the importance of support measures to make projects sustainable and reduce failures for today's start-ups.

the testimonies collected confirm that this experience was pioneering, had it not been for a few difficulties which contributed to modifying the activities of spin-off companies for some and relocation for others.
