تهدف هده الدراسة لتوضيح أهمية القيادة التحويلية في تعزيز الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين، و دراسة مستوى علاقة الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين بالقيادة التحويلية بشركة الكهرباء و الغاز ببشار، أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة المدربين للقيادة التحويلية كانت متوسطة بشكل عام، و كان أكثر مجالات القيادة التحويلية ممارسة الاستثارة الفكرية، ثم التأثير المثالي، ثم الحفز الإلهامي، و أخيرا الاعتبارات الفردية، كما بينت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية بين السلوك القيادي التحويلي للمدرب و مستويات الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين.
Abstract EN
This study aims to clarify the importance and the relationship of transformational leadership to job satisfaction for employees of the electricity and gas company in Bechar, where the questionnaire was relied on as a tool for data collection and distribution to a sample size of 65 workers in the company, and on the SPSS V 21 program and modeling with structural equations as tools for data analysis.
the results showed that the degree of coaches’ practice of transformational leadership was generally medium, and the most areas of transformational leadership were intellectual arousal, ideal influence, inspirational motivation, and finally individual considerations.
the results also showed a positive relationship between the coach’s transformational leadership behavior and employee satisfaction levels.
