The right to a fair trail is a fundamental right and one of the principles that must be applied all over the world and in all the nations.

consequently, the right to a fair trail is regarded as a part of the international customs confirmed by most of international conventions and texts.

if we go back to the universal declaration of human rights, we will find that it had stated as follows: “everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal”.

the right to a fair trial was confirmed in many other conventions among which the international covenant on civil and political rights.
