Abstract EN

Feminist entrepreneurship occupied a leading and effective role in the process of economic and social development in various countries of the world, and Algeria, like other countries, realized the importance of moving the wheel of feminist entrepreneurship, as one of the effective solutions to confront unemployment, and among the mechanisms for promoting the integration of women, especially rural women, and activating their contribution to development.

however, the growth and development of feminist entrepreneurship is still linked to the extent to which it has overcome the challenges represented by cultural and social obstacles, in addition to the limited funding support for female entrepreneurs.

this study aims to understand the reality of feminist entrepreneurship in algeria, and the various social and economic challenges that impede the performance of female entrepreneurs in addition to their support devices.
