In view of the emergence of new information and communication technologies, Algeria is faced with the obligation to adapt to new mutations and changes generated by the use of NICTs in the management of public administration.
this article is a contribution towards the efforts of the university community to reduce the backlog registered in the implementation of a real strategy for the integration of the NICTs.
we first started by noting Algeria’s considerable delay in this area, before moving directly to the impact on the performance of the administration that could be caused by the use of NICTs, taking as an example the case of local communities.

Face à l’émergence des nouvelles technologies de l’information et de la communication, l’Algérie se trouve devant l’obligation de s’adapter aux nouvelles mutations et changement engendrés par l’usage des NTIC dans la gestion de l’administration publique.
cet article est une contribution dans le sens des efforts de la communauté universitaire pour rattraper le retard enregistré dans la mise en oeuvre d’une stratégie réel pour l’intégration des NTIC.
nous avons d’abord commencé par constater le retard considérable de l’Algérie dans ce domaine, avant de passer directement à l’impact sur la performance de l’administration que peut susciter l’usage des NTIC, en prenant pour exemple le cas des collectivités locales.
