تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور المصادر الفعالة للمعلومات التي يلجأ إليها الزبون في مختلف المراحل من أجل تبنيه لخدمة جديدة.
ومن أجل ذلك تم استخدام دراسة استطلاعية لعينة من مستعملي تطبيق Docta، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال الاستعانة بالاستبيان كأداة للدراسة، وذلك عن طريق اختيار العينة بطريقة عشوائية، حيث تم جمع 75 استبيان إلكتروني صالح للتحليل الإحصائي بالاعتماد على برنامج SPSS IBM نسخة 23.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أبرزها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين مصادر المعلومات المعتمد عليها في مختلف المراحل التي تسبق عملية التبني وعملية التبني نفسها، لذلك يجب إعطاء أهمية كبرى للمصادر المعلوماتية التي يعتمد عليها الزبون في عملية التبني
Abstract EN
This study aims to know the role of effective sources of information that the customer resorts to at various stages in order to adopt a new service.
by selecting the sample in a random way, 75 electronic questionnaires valid for statistical analysis were collected based on SPSS IBM version 23.
the study reached a set of results, the most prominent of which was the presence of a statistically significant effect between the sources of information relied on in the various stages that precede the adoption process and the adoption process itself, so great importance must be given to the information sources that the customer relies on in the adoption process.
