Abstract EN

This study aimed to clarify the most important sources of organizational conflict, as well as the strategy used in its management at the Phosphate Mines institution of Tébessa.

The results showed, the most important of which is that the source of poor human relations is one of the most prominent sources, and that the avoidance strategy is the most used in its management, as there are statistically significant differences towards managers use of this strategy; that may be attributed to variation of (gender and functional category), while there are no statistically significant differences; It is attributed to variable (professional experience).
