If hermeneutics is an ancient concept that has advanced the texts themselves as religious or linguistic, and attempts to interpret and explain them through a set of rules and standards followed by the interpreter, at present, it is a critical approach that takes language as a consistent frame of reference, through which it contributes to deciphering the text by determining its semantic levels and language formations, which open up wide horizons for the reader to recover its missing significance, and if some consider that hermeneutics is not a method of obtaining truth or new knowledge, it's just an attempt to understand what, but it really doesn't stand when it's a means of revealing the meaning of the speaker and of knowing what it means, but it offers a higher, broader and more comprehensive knowledge, so as a theory, it establishes new concepts all the time, especially in texts that need to be looked at and the actions of reason.
