Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the reality of formation during service from the point of view of the professors of physical and sports education, and to know the level of appreciation of the professors of formation during service as well as to know the differences between professors direction of formation during service according to the variables of study.

to achieve the objectives of the study, the study sample consisted of (40) professors, and the necessary data was collected using a scale consisting of (32) words, distributed in four areas : planning, lesson implementation, class management and evaluation, and then responding to these areas through the triple Likert scale, and the researchers relied in their treatment on the statistical package program SPSS.

the results of the study revealed that the assessment of physical education professors of in-service formation is high, the presence of statistically significant differences between the averages of answers of physical education professors education the direction of in-service formation attributed to the variable of scientific qualification, and the presence of statistically significant differences among the averages of answers of physical education professors education the direction of formation during service is attributed to the variable of seniority in teaching.
