This study aimed to address organizational citizenship behavior in organizations by researching and analyzing through investigating the motives for workers in them as well as identifying the results from Them at the individual, group and organizational level, as the organizations citizenship behaviors are the most important sources of raising the efficiency of organizations and their productivity and improving organizational effectiveness.
