Abstract EN

The effective type of motivations is important for social actors within the organization, For this reason, this study was on the topic of “the motivation system in health institutions and its relation with the performance of specialist doctors”.

The field study was conducted at the public hospital el hadjar Annaba, through which an attempt was made to study and analyze the relation between the motivation system and the performance specialist doctors, 30 of whom were selected as a sample for the field study.

The researcher relied on observation, interview, form, registers and documents to collect data and reaching out to determine the positive correlation between the motivation system applied in health institutions and the performance of specialist doctors.
