Islamic financial institutions are exposed to many risks in order to ensure their survival and achievement of their goals, and because canceling risks entirely is impossible in an environment characterized by flexibility and dynamism Islamic banks work to reduce the severity and effects of these risks by relying on a sound method that is consistent with the Islamic belief and its controls in risk management, and in line with that, Takaful insurance is the most important tool available for Islamic financial institutions to hedge, manage risks and control them according to the requirements of Islamic sharia and what suits the needs of the Muslim individual.
