Abstract EN

The issue of the implementation of administrative decisions through the judiciary, as approved by the Yemeni legislature, raises a very important issue through criminal proceedings, public prosecution orders for non-implementation of administrative decisions, and civil proceedings, because this issue constitutes greater guarantees of respect for the rights of individuals.

The most important findings of this study are that the administration has the right to resort to criminal proceedings on the one hand; and direct forced execution on the other; however, this does not prevent it from resorting to civil proceedings to obtain provisions requiring individuals to respect administrative decisions.
