Abstract EN

The subject of the study derives its importance in being one of the pillars of comprehensive development, since it is not possible to talk about development without linking it to the waits of the population on the one hand, and the response of state interventions to those waits, and secondly in the fact that the studied field did not receive the attention it deserves from researchers, knowing that it is a village area, adjacent to the city of Tetouan, a fertile area of study.

Therefore, behind this modest work, we seek to reveal the reality of the research field and the development reality in it, based on the representations and expectations of the population in this area, and by analysing the various interventions of the State, and the intersections between them and the waits of the inhabitant.

Accordingly, this work is part of the solid and scientifically credible studies aimed at formulating a clear ly-to-do method to support the decision-making process with a view to progress, development and the desired development.
