Abstract EN

This study aims to explain the legal organization of trademarks not registered in Jordanian law، where the legislator organized the subject of trademarks in the Trademarks Law and the subsequent amendments، and this was compared to what international conventions such as the Paris Agreement and the Madrid Agreement addressed، as this study concluded that The Jordanian legislator has given unregistered trademarks civil protection under specific conditions in accordance with the Jordanian Trademark Law through which the legislator has run the relevant international agreements.
