The Algerian linguistic reality imposes on the specialists of education and télém and political men the provision of solutions that enable the linguistic and governmental institutions to promote the mother languages (Arabic and Mazigia) to preserve the linguistic identity of the Algeria society; this linguistic identity requires linguistic policy and linguistic layout that enable the mother tongues due to development and knowledge only in the mother tongue.
