Through this scientific contribution, we try to shed light on one of the most prominent documents and texts of the blessed liberation revolution, which is the historic first November statement, which represents a pivotal stage in the history of Algeria, because of the principles and values it has of human, cultural and even media dimensions, and among the most prominent of these The values that the engineers of the glorious liberation revolution worked to enshrine in the historic first November statement, then in the course of the armed struggle that brought the revolution to its goal, the meanings of freedom, justice and the defense of human rights, in their entirety, they are noble principles stipulated in the most ancient charters and world declarations that call for the rejection of slavery and the consolidation of the values of equality between people.

And he had a great role in entrenching the values and constants of the Algerian nation.
