Abstract EN

The research aims to clarify the management of high involvement, which is summarized in some of its dimensions, which are (functional integration and participation in decision-making) and talent management represented by (attracting talent, managing talent performance, developing talent, and retaining talent).

The data taken from the research field was analyzed through the questionnaire form, which is considered the main tool, as it was distributed to (75) respondents and (65) forms were retrieved using the statistical program (SPSS) to test the main hypotheses that are based on the existence of a correlation and impact between the variable Independent and approved, and several conclusions were reached that confirmed the existence of a correlation relationship and moral effect between the administration of high involvement and the management of talent and through the foregoing the researchers sought to provide recommendations and proposals that achieve more benefit for the research field
