Abstract EN

The purpose of this study was to Building training program based on supportive educational supervision, and measuring its effectiveness in developing the teaching skills of social studies teachers in Al-Qunfudhah city, The sample was chosen randomly on a sample of (20) Teacher from the study population was selected in the second semester of 2020.

The study followed the quasi -experimental approach - one group design.

Two tools were used to collect data, namely The Supportive educational supervision Knowledge achievement test, and classroom monitoring of teaching skills based on educational support supervision, The instruments were checked for validity and reliability.

The study data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistic using SPSS.

The results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤ 0.01) between the mean scores of the study group in the pre and post applications in the cognitive achievement test, and the observation card of the teaching skills of the study sample in favor of the post application.

Also, as a result showed a high impact of the proposed educational unit in the sample, Where the influence factor (ETA square) for the two dependent variables high efficacy was (0.87; 0.90), respectively.

The percentage of Black’s modified gain factor for the two dependent variables was (1.82%; 1.81%), respectively, This indicates the effectiveness of the educational a program based on Supportive supervision education in developing the two dependent variables.

Moreover; The results revealed a positive and positive high correlation (0.733) at the level of significance (α≤ 0.01) between the two dependent variables.

The results also revealed the existence of a linear predictive dependency relationship, as the value of beta (0.51;0.49) at the level of significance (α≤ 0.01) between the two dependent variables in raising each other to the level of the other.

And based on the results of the study; A set of related recommendations and suggestions were made.
