Abstract EN

The study aims to provide a theoretical framework on the topic of sustainable development, and introduce the various concepts presented around it, while highlighting the most important dimensions of it, and a field study was also conducted at the level of the port institution in Skikda.

The study found that there are varying levels in the application of the dimensions of sustainable development in the port establishment in Skikda, where the economic dimension was estimated at the average, and the social dimension on the average, and the environmental dimension was weak.
