The changes taking place in our contemporary world, whether from the perspective of economic blocs or in terms of political alliances, or in terms of the emergence of globalization and its subsequent openness, demonstrated the role of civil society as a primary partner of the government, and as a contributor to development and in taking responsibility.

However, the effectiveness of civil society depends on the availability of a set of requirements to enhance its position and role.

To know the level of this society, it must be subject to standards and criteria that define its level in order to achieve its aspirations and goals for which it was established.
