Which can be approved in the protocol, and then touched upon the European directives, because the countries of the European Union adopt a strict system in dealing with genetically modified organisms, so we will discuss in the study cases of civil liability for the use of genetically modified organisms, and their legal basis, the penalty entailed in the case of Damaging the environment in general.
