Legislation impact assessment system is one of the modern mechanisms included in legal norms' chain of production that seeks to control its quantitative size and its qualitative aspect, through a number of tools used to assess the results and effects of legislation, which contribute to ensuring its effectiveness and quality, thereby facilitating its application and its respect obligation.

This study essential output is to highlight this mechanism importance for achieving the legislative objectives envisaged by the enactment of legislation and for reducing its negative effects and avoiding its failure.

The legal impact assessment system has become a solid foundation for the legislator to adopt the appropriate and least costly solution.
