الجرائم الطبية تخل بممارسة مهنة الطب حيث تجعلنا في شكل غير قانوني و عقلاني و أخلاقي، على اعتبار أن النشاط الطبي يجب أن يكون في إطار الشروط و الحدود القانونية المرسومة في القانون من أجل أن يمارس بشكل سليم.
غير أن بعض الممارسات الطبية من قبل مهني الصحة ينجر عنها مخالفات قانونية لهذا تدخل المشرع الجزائري بنصوص قانونية ردعية و صارمة من أجل الحد من هذه الممارسات، و لهذا سأحاول إبراز الجرائم الطبية في التشريع الجزائري.
Abstract EN
Medical crime is a topic related to medical activity and is worthwhile because it involves risks for patients and the law aims to protect them from horning them.
The doctor must maintain a medical practice in compliance with the law.
Accordingly I will try addressing this issue with within the framework of medical law according to basic axes
