Abstract EN

The language of communication is one of the revolving cultures in administrative thought.

This approach is considered to be the bridge between administrative activities and the concept of management in different libraries, including the major libraries for public reading.

Communication is a truly realistic but many people could not comprehend if it is contextualized with the field of information.

It was sobering thought that library is one of the branches of communication which many take for granted however this perception is far from that, i.e.

it is absent from the field among many specialists nowadays The aim of this study is to develop the foundations of successive or administrative operations in the library and through it coordination between documentary, administrative and cultural activities and coordination between them.

He provides it to the end of the documentary unit, as it is to ensure stability and achieve goals in organizations that adopt serving the public The aim of this study is to cast the light upon the role and status that is to say the place of the documentation and information centers through the adoption of language of communication, as well as between the interests of the institution, in addition to that it becomes common practice to consider the role and place of communication the public library since there is weakness in the conceptualization of the many concepts and notions, and the nature of the need of communication becomes more and more significant, i.e.

communication is seen as mechanism of machine of clock.

Communication is traditionally seen as an objective message which one has to adopt if we take for granted the existence of many groups from administrative assistant to the technician as well as wide range of activities in the same unite and this is what we set out to explore through our observation, the absence of the relationship as well as reservations and opinions which we could reckon as unjustified or to monitor its progress towards the goals which is purely considered as strategic in its own way.Each center of documentation in each cultural sector has to adopt the concept of communication, However if it is truly contextualized and meaningful, the message becomes an obvious fact which in turn would have crystal clear purpose, i.e.

to develop managerial culture and that includes many indicators and gains in order to develop the quality of message desired.
