Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to recognize the degree of teachers’ practice in basic education of differentiated education in the lesson plan, and to recognize the effect of variables (gender / years of service) from the viewpoint of the research sample, The research was implemented in Damascus countryside schools, the basic education stage, in the second semester of the year 2018/2019, on a sample of 345 male and female teachers, the questionnaire was used as a tool to reach the results, which consisted of three axes: Lesson planning - Lesson implementation - Lesson evaluation.

The results showed that the degree of teachers’ practice of differentiated education is low, and that there are no differences between the averages of the teachers’ answers due to the gender variable, and the existence of differences attributed to the years of service variable.
